
Snow Excuses Snowball Workout
Just because there is a bit of snow or it is a bit chilly is no excuse not to still have your workout. If the roads are too icey too drive and the gym is just too far to walk to why not go over your local park and burn some unwanted weight?!

Warm Up
5 min light jog
Perform each exercise for 1 min with no rest between exercises. Rest for 1 minute between each round!

Snowball Squatst

Decline Spiderman Press Ups
400m Tyre Run
(Rest 1 minute)
Round 2
Squat jumps onto the snowball
Decline press ups w/1 foot raised (30 seconds each leg)
Bulgarian Split Squats (30 seconds each leg)
Plank Press
400m Tyre Run
(Rest 1 minute)
Round 3
Overhead Squat on snowball
Mountain Climbers
Close Grip Press Ups
Burpees
400m Tyre Run
(Rest 1 minute)
Cool Down
5 minute light jog/stretches
