"When I first decided to run the 'Run To The Beat' half marathon, I was not in good shape but wanted to do this run to raise as much money as possible for The MS Society. Through word of
mouth, I decided to call Chris Davies and the Dream Fitness team to help me get into shape in time for my run which, at the time, was only two months away! This was the best decision I made. Chris
knew exactly what preparation was needed and after many intense personal training sessions, I began to feel fit enough and confident that I could achieve a respectable time for the half marathon, I
completed the run in 2 hours which is a great personal achievement for myself.
I would recommend Dream Fitness to anybody who wants to get fit and healthy but also for people who already are in good shape as Dream Fitness can cater for people of all fitness levels.
